Free parking, great shops, leisure centre, and a clinic. I took my mum to the minor injuries clinic as she'd broken her hand in a fall. Short waits, and excellent customer service. Great place!
Extensive shopping centre with plenty of free parking. Many well known brands represented here. Recently expanded with additional shopping on the opposite side of the road.
Yate Shopping Centre is a really great central hub for all surrounding areas. It has a great variety of shops and amenities, and is always clean and tidy. There are 2 drawbacks with it - it's too busy at peak times (Friday and weekend lunchtimes), with parking being a huge issue, and there tends to be alot of empty units at any one time. If you want to visit, I strongly recommend either early morning (between 8.30-11am) or late afternoon (3pm-5pm). A great place to shop and eat though!
Love Yate shopping centre. Good variety of shops. Excellent fruit veg market. Best veg ever. Very good value.
Nice selection of shops. No book shop like Smith and too many pound shops. Market area most days with god selection. Plenty of coffee and eating places. Parking is free which is great; but it's only for 4 hours so difficult if meeting friends for lunch and shopping or attending an all day workshop/event etc. There is an all day parking area but you need to be there early to get a place.
