Awful service. Lovely colours and products available but staff man handle you, are rough and hurt. There doesnt appear to be any pride in finished result, youre just rushed through. Spots, marks and scags on the finished result are just left or filed off. Even when filed off, you can still see a discoloured patch on nail. Lots of debris from manicure left under nail. I had cotton wool wiped vigorously over nail when it clearly hadnt had long enough to dry. The resulting hairs stuck in the varnish were ignored. Shame because its a local business but wont be going back

Terrible - Worst nails I have ever had. She cut them too short and I tried to tell her they would be too short but she indicated it would be ok when she shaped them. I was right, much too short and she shaped into a point when I had asked for oval nails. She had to take them all off and start again so more filing of my own nails. Next time they were left too long but I was so fed up I thought I would put up with it. They were so thin, one snapped off a few days later when I was in Turkey. Another one snapped halfway down another nail so it stayed on but was really sore. I ended up cutting them all off. I noticed a few differences in the technique when she was applying them. I have been having nails, on occasion, for many years and have never had these problems anywhere else. The nail varnish and top coat used are rubbish and have been chipping. I had to tell her to put a third coat on a few nails as it was patchy. All in all I would never go there again and hope this review helps someone to avoid disappointment.
I went in what would be four days ago now. I'm not impressed. When i went in i was told there was a five minute wait, which i didn't mind i had an hour for work break. I was sat there waiting for fifteen minutes then. The lady then showed me to a table where she would then start natural/clear acrylics. The finish is shiny like they're suppose to be. But they aren't straight with my figure nails. One tip she tried to stick on she stuck to my actual finger! (Which i had to sort myself)! The acrylic has lumps where it wasn't filed after applying. Then the clear top coat has only lasted on 6 nails! Never mind the fact they are lifting too. They loom horrible, even the day i had them done. People at work where shocked! Said they wouldn't be going there, which is also the decision I've made. Ill also be going back, either to get them sorted or my money back!!
Very happy with my shellac, so many colours to chose from. Good costumer service. Highly recommended. Lady who done them was super nice and lovely xoxo
