I have experienced PJ Bryer Heating & Plumbing services from 2 angles and they have always proved efficient and polite 1) to install a new combi boiler for a house I was renting out - this has been in for 10 years now and I pay for an annual service and this has included the service and the landlords certificates in the same cost - I had tenants that were hard to please and even they said that they were polite - things have gone wrong with the "system" over the years with the tenanted property and these have always been sorted out accordingly and promptly2) Then on my own house I had a new central heating system and boiler put in and they were good and polite - they were one short on the radiators but this was put in appropriately3) The bathroom on the rented property was put in and different team of staff and this was done with ease and appropriately - new shower/bath/towel rail/tiling/sink/toilet etc.They have an annual maintenance contract which is not the cheapest but it covers the annual service and 24/7 and 265 days a year without any problems - either an AM or PM appointment was given and they have always been on time on the right day and even with the problems they were good (no complaints form tenants)What people want is good cover and service and I doubt you would get this elsewhere

I cannot fault anything. P J Bryer done a whole new rennovation to my bathroom and it is incredible! Worth every penny and the chaps that came to do the job were very polite and nice. I am so pleased and will definately be reccomending them - in fact I already have!
very poor service and communication. We were given a time frame between 9am and 1pm. Still had not arrived at 4pm! The lady I spoke to when trying to find out what was happening was very rude and impatient.. No one contacted me to let me know they were running late I had to contact them. My whole day wasted. I would not use them again that's if they ever turn up!
Booked annual oil boiler service and agreed a morning visit at 8.30. No further information was provided. The Plumber arrived and his first words, no good morning & with attitude weve got a problem. Turns out the boiler was to hot, first thing in the morning, no surprise there! The plumber was so rude & their service office no better. Rude & arrogant, definitely would not use this company again.
