He was supposed to be coming out today, I just needed to confirm and give details, so I spent all day trying to call him, in total between 8 am and 5 pm I gave him 17 Missed calls and a text message.He finally answers and says he didn't attend as I didn't call him to confirm!He sounds friendly enough, but he might consider getting an auto-divert from his "office phone" (the one shown on google!) to his mobile (not shown on Google) if he's never in the office.I'm sure he's very good; if you have enough patience and don't mind getting ignored for hours and going without heating all weekend because he didn't answer.
