Beers were good and the food was good but perhaps more attention to cleanliness would be good. Tables very sticky and covered in beer cutlery came out with old food stuck on them.
Breakfast good for the money. It is a long walk to the toilets. The decor and furniture could do with a bit of attention. Beginning to look a bit worn.
Rude waitress that gave the wrong size breakfast to the wrong person then demand we pay the difference! She took no accountability for her job role and her people skill set is below poor! Was still waiting for 1 breakfast for 10 minutes after the others were served. The place needs a good clean everything is sticky!
It's a Wetherspoons and you get what you get. It's nice for reasonably priced food and drinks. I don't know why but people que at the bar and it drives me mad!
Drinks and meals are good value,friendly staff.All day brunch is a good plateful.Had well done sirloin steak today,it was cooked perfectly. The pub isn't big enough,especially at busy lunchtimes between 12.00 - 14.00,people walk in,no table avail,then walk out.
