I was expecting a better service my food order was delivered by parcel force, but the chilled order was delivered by the killer clown brown van American courier's delivering, instead of DHL on demand as the email stated. I have had previously been using a art materials company aswell and I had to sack them for again using the killer clown at my front door. Brown van American courier's delivering company. So I now got my money back and also most of my soup tins we're also damaged. No one did anything about it. My opinion is that this company is anti British corner shop towards British people with a different colour skin. Please see the photos and even cctv of what happened even on Google plus.
Cannot praise enough! My order arrived this evening and every tiny detail had been thought of. Breakable glass condiments bubble wrapped etc etc. It came with a note saying 'packed with care by Nichola' well, Nichola, somewhere in Bristol (I think) I salute you! It was a BEAUTIFULLY packed 2 boxes of goodies and I thank you so much for going the extra mile. Living in Brussels where customer service is 3rd world at best, you have made my weekend. I look forward to the chilled delivery arriving in December and I will be a regular customer from this day on. Exporting 'British Happiness' you certainly do! As an extra! I want to THANK YOU for doing the impossible! My last minute order was delivered on Christmas Eve...a near impossible task here in Belgium! I have no words other than you must be touched by fairy dust to achieve this! AN AMAZING site, with an amazing service! Merry Christmas to you all. You export quality with a quality attitude! I was really excited when I came across this website as I have moved to Finland and can't get things like mince pies or Christmas puds. Or Christmas crackers. I read the reviews and decided to place an order. I did this on the 7th of December 2 days before the stated cut off day for my country. A week later my order still had not been processed . After x a few emails it was finally posted on the 15th. Unfortunately as I suspected it was far too late. My order is curre in Brussels somewhere and as the postal service does not operate on weekends and is closed Christmas eve I will not be getting my goodies till after Christmas. I sent another email which I've had no reply to. Will not be using this company again

The online store keeps getting better. It used to be pricey but the delivery costs and item prices are very fair. Effortless to order and deliveries are tracked. Would recommend to anyone outside of the uk thats looking for their favorite crisps and chocolate etc!
