Other Andrews branches are brilliant but this one really lets the side down. Not all, but a few members of staff are extremely rude and arrogant. I would never buy a property though this branch or attempt it. Avoid at all costs.
4 stars because there's always room for improvement, but I have been very satisfied so far with our dealings with Andrews in Yate.The 3 other reviews seem to be rather unfair. We are buying a property through Andrews and they have been nothing but helpful so far. Nick, the mortgage advisor affiliated with Andrews, has been very friendly, approachable and willing to answer any silly questions we have had as first time buyers.Lisa, with whom we have had most dealings is also very friendly, quick to respond to any queries we have and also very helpful in chasing up any information which she does not know off-hand. Only good things to say so far - which is more than we can say for Let's Move in Emersons Green.
We were dealing with Andrews buying our new house.Was not given correct information by Joe the manager of the branch which left us with losing our purchase and a lot of money.Very unsatisfied with how matters were dealt with.

I remember going to them as part of the house hunting process. They are not very professional and some of the agents really need to work on their customer services.Plus they will lie to you...I see properties for sale by them that are grossly over priced yet they tell the owners this is what it's worth...fraid not...check the address on Zoopla and you'll see what I mean.Avoid at all costs.
