Accused me of picking a scratch card for 10 off up from the counter When they gave it to me upon entering the store which i didnt want in the first instance? VERY POOR customer service only went in for the wife's Christmas presants! Someone should teach the staff how to deal with customers!!!!!! I do hope they have it recorded?
