Friendly helpful professional staff. The physiotherapist was excellent. Seen within 30 minutes. Definitely 5 star service!

Excellent service! Was seen by Aidan before I could even take my coat off and sit down! Was lovely and ensured you understood and was happy with what he was saying to you! Made you feel very comfortable! Highly recommend!

I visited today with a nasty cut to my hand. From reception to treatment all the staff were upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a preliminary examination straight away and only waited 20 mins before being treated. Exelent service and wonderful staff, NHS at its best. Thank you :-)

I've just come back from the minor injuries unit at Yate health centre. When I walked into the reception area I didn't notice the board that asked you to remain at a certain point. I stood at one of the check in terminals and there was just a mother and child at the next check in.Suddenly the receptionist Barked 'are you together ' I didn't know she was talking to me. She BARKED louder!! 'Can you get back behind the board because of privacy! !.' I was very shaken. (I'm 71 and not used to being shouted at like that).ok she was right but her manner was abominable. Everyone in the reception area turned and looked EVEN the people waiting in the chemist. She made me look and feel so small. It took me a while to recover, but the xray staff were BRILLIANT !!..10 stars for them.

Fantastic service and staff I Suspected little one broke his elbow but he wouldnt let me take his jumper off to look. Seen extremely fast, while being assessed he let the wonderful lady take off his jumper she said straight away it was broken but only to me as to not worry my son. Rushed to x ray again lady was amazing with him back into a room to be casted for journey to childrens hospital where another lady gave him badges for being so brave. Can not fault them they were 100% friendly focused and fantastic. They treated us so well and were nothing horrible of amazing. Well done guys considering the pressure you are under with so many people waiting.
