I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Drive Vauhall in Yate on Friday. My 15-plate Vauxhall Corsa had been playing up, quite minimal at first where it seemed to be loosing power on acceleration then on Friday it really became an issue to the point that the engine warning light came on. Quickly made an appointment at the Yate branch and within 15 minutes of me being there, they were inspecting the car for a fault. After 45 minutes, they replaced the faulty parts (ignition coil & spark plug) all covered under warrenty, no questions asked. Very impressed with the service, thanks again Gemma (service manager) and the mechanic who helped solve the issue so quickly even though I hadn't made a booking in advance.
